Jumping Jacks

– Place your arms along the body

– Jump up, while spreading your legs to the sides and raising your arms above your head

– Return to the initial position with a quick jump

– Perform this exercise for 45 secs. and repeat the exercise.

This exercise is a part of military training in the USA as it improves physical and aerobic endurance.

Mountain climber

– Place your hands shoulder-width apart

– Keep your shoulders, knees, and feet in one line

– Lift the right leg, and slowly pull it to the chest

– Go back to the initial position, and do the same for the left leg

– Perform this exercise for 30 secs.

This exercise will strengthen your stomach muscles and help you burn calories.

Lunges

– Place your feet shoulder-width apart, hands at the waist.

– Make a big step forward with your left foot

– Go back to the starting position with a push from the forward leg

– Repeat the exercise with your right leg

– Perform this exercise for 60 secs.

Lunges help straighten your glutes and make your legs more toned.

Sit-ups

– Place your feet shoulder-width apart and keep your back straight

– Start crouching down, pulling the pelvis back

– Crouch as low as possible

– Return to the initial position

– Perform this exercise for 60 secs.

Squats is a fantastic exercise to build muscle and lose weight.

Push-ups

– Place your hands shoulder-width apart

– Keep your shoulders, knees, and feet in one line

– Slowly lower your body, bending your arms

– Return to the initial position

– Perform this exercise for 30 secs.

The exercise greatly works the pectoral muscles and triceps.
